Enrollment Policy-

Enrollment is open to children who meet our age requirements and have completed all required registration forms. A completed application, emergency contact information, and current immunization records must be on file before a child may begin attending.

Tuition & Payment Policy-

Tuition is due the Friday before the new week of care. Payments may be made through the approved payment method provided by our program. Late payments may result in a late fee, Consistent late payments may affect continued enrollment.

Arrival & Pick-Up Policy-

*For the safety of all children, they are signed in and out daily on our Daycare App.

*Only authorized individuals listed on the child's file may pick up their child.

*Parents should notify the Provider if someone new will be picking up their child.

Health & Illness Policy-

To maintain a healthy environment for all children-

*Children showing signs of illness such as fever. voting. diarrhea, or contagious conditions must stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours.

 

*Parents will be notified if a child becomes ill during the day.

*Behavior & Guidance Policy

*Our program promotes positive guidance and respectful behavior.

*We use age-appropriate redirection and encouragement.

*Physical punishment or harsh discipline is never used.

Health & Safety Policy-

*The program follows strict cleaning and sanitation procedures.

*Emergency contact information must be kept up to date.

*Safety drills are conducted regularly.

Holiday & Closure Policy-

*QHCC&Pre-K will be closed on major holidays and scheduled personal days.

​*Families will receive a yearly calendar of closures. 

​

Termination of Care Policy-

*Parents must provide a two-week notice when withdrawing their child.

*QHCC&Pre-K reserves the right to terminate care if our policies are not followed
